These terms apply when you book a consultation through peyroniesclinic.co.uk and when you use this website. Please read them before you book. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking and payment

Our consultation fees are:

• Full assessment in clinic: £150. You pay £50 online when you book and £100 at your appointment.
• Video consultation: £100, paid online when you book.

You pay online by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Your booking is confirmed when your payment goes through and we send you a confirmation email.

If someone else books your chosen time while you're paying, we refund your payment in full automatically and ask you to choose another time.

Prices may change at any time, but a change won't affect a booking we have already confirmed. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price. Any treatment is agreed separately after your consultation, and we will give you its full price before you decide.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before it starts. Call us on 020 3051 3060 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, except bank holidays) or email info@london-andrology.co.uk.

• If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, we refund everything you paid online, in full, to the card you used.
• If you move your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your payment carries over to the new time.
• If you cancel or move with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend, the amount you paid online is not refunded.

Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally we may have to cancel or move an appointment, for example if your clinician is unavailable or because of an event outside our control. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and offer a new time. If you'd rather not rebook, we will refund everything you have paid in full.
